Sandra Liefhebber

Sandra Liefhebber possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research since September 2020. Previously, Sandra held the position of Strategic HR Manager at Hivos from September 2018 to September 2020 and Project Manager for the Future of Work in Museums at Museumvereniging for a brief period in 2018. Additionally, Sandra managed human resources at Naturalis Biodiversity Center and worked as a freelance HR professional with A&L Consult. Other notable roles include Head of Personnel Department at the National Museum of Natural History in Leiden and Human Resources Manager at General Mills. Educational background includes a degree in Economics and Hotel Management from Maastricht School of Management and a diploma from Stedelijk Gymnasium Leeuwarden.
