Yukiko Omura

Yukiko Omura (Okawa) holds extensive experience in various advisory and director roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor at The Critical Minerals Fund since October 2023, Yukiko has been a Director of the Board and Chair of the Finance Committee at Assured Guaranty since May 2014, while also participating in the Compensation and ESG Committees. Yukiko's leadership extends to roles as Director of the Board and Audit Committee Member at HSBC and as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Private Infrastructure Development Group. Yukiko's previous positions include being Chair of the Board at GuarantCo Ltd from January 2018 to May 2022, and serving on the Advisory Boards of Amatheon Agri Holding N.V. and Columbus Frontiers. Yukiko holds a Master's degree in Development Economics from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Queen Mary University of London.
