Will Hendrikx

Will Hendrikx is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the cable and transformer industries. Currently serving as COO and Deputy CEO at NKT Cables since April 2020, Will oversees business operations in Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Building Wire cables. Prior to this, Will held the position of CEO of the Large Power Transformers Business Unit at SGB-SMIT Group and was the CEO of Prysmian BeNeLux, managing multiple production plants. Will's early career included senior roles at Draka Holding and Kabelbedrijven Draka Nederland, where significant operational improvements and business model innovations were implemented. Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and has a diverse educational background, including technical studies and general education.
