Marjan van Den Hurk

Marjan van den Hurk is a seasoned solution consultant specializing in the Cornerstone OnDemand talent management suite, with extensive experience in full-suite implementation, consulting, and system administration across various organizations. Currently, Marjan is engaged with NNIT, Gard AS, Ageas Group, and Laerdal Medical, providing talent management solutions and system support. As the Head of Implementation Services and HR Solution Specialist at worldofwork™, Marjan leads the design and delivery of comprehensive HR platforms. Active in the field since 2016, Marjan has also worked with multiple clients, including Tessenderlo Group and Elkem ASA, focusing on performance management and system optimizations. Marjan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences and has further education in business administration.
