Jelena Kolarevic

Jelena Kolarevic is a Professor in RAS biology at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway since January 2021 and has been a Senior Researcher and Researcher at Nofima since September 2008, focusing on water quality, fish welfare, and physiological responses in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS). Previously, Jelena served as a Post Doc on the Strategic Institute project "Fish welfare and performance in recirculating aquaculture systems - RASALMO." Educational qualifications include a PhD in Developmental Biology from the University of Bergen (2004-2008), an MSc in Biology from the University of Belgrade (2002-2004), and a Bachelor's degree in General Biology from the University of Belgrade (1994-2001).
