Matthew Rowlett

Matthew Rowlett is a seasoned professional in the construction and firefighting sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Nor Cal Carpenters Training since January 2022. Rowlett has been a member of the Nor Cal Carpenters Union since August 2002, holding roles as a Delegate and Union Carpenter. Additionally, Rowlett volunteered as a Firefighter for Gustine Volunteer Fire Department from April 2015 to January 2023 and worked as a Paid Call Firefighter for Merced County Fire Department. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent and Project Foreman at Blach Construction Company from April 2018 to December 2021, as well as various managerial positions within Nor Cal Carpenters Training from June 2008 to March 2018, including District Coordinator and Apprenticeship Coordinator. Rowlett holds a Certificate of Completion in Building Construction Technology from American River College, attained between 2002 and 2006.
