Igor Gorostiaga

Igor Gorostiaga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as a Partner at NORGESTION since 2001, where responsibilities include managing and leading M&A activities and supporting international business initiatives through the Mergers Alliance partnership. Concurrently, Igor has been a Partner and board member at Mergers Alliance since 2000, holding the position of secretary. Prior to these roles, Igor worked as an advisor at Deloitte, S.L. from 1997 to 2001 and as a consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. from 1998 to 2001, focusing on business plans primarily in the Power and TMT sectors. Igor holds a Graduate degree in Actuarial Sciences and a Graduate degree in Economics from Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, completed between 1993 and 1998.
