Malin Borg

Malin Borg has a range of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and executive search. Currently, Malin works at Normative.io as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, where they support business managers in recruiting suitable candidates and aiding in the company's mission to transition to a net-zero world. Prior to this, Malin worked at Ramboll as a Recruiter and Talent Sourcer, where they played a role in designing sustainable communities and finding the right talent for the organization. Additionally, Malin has experience at Head Agent, a executive search company, where they held positions such as Head of Office and Research Manager, Head of Research, and Researcher, specializing in middle management to higher positions in marketing, sales, and business development. Malin also has experience as a part-time HR assistant and board member at Intenco AB.

Malin Borg completed their high school education at Danderyds gymnasium from 2007 to 2009, where they studied internationell ekonomi as part of the Samhällsvetenskap program. Following this, they attended Stockholm University from 2009 to 2012 and obtained a degree in Marketing and Management.
