Alexis van Bevers

Alexis Van Bevers has a diverse work experience that spans over 15 years. They started their career as a Transition Specialist/Employment Specialist at Offender Aid and Restoration, where they oversaw the transitional experience of convicts and assisted in finding and retaining employment. They also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Worldwide Worker, recruiting candidates in the Energy industry both domestically and internationally. Alexis then joined Cambridge International Systems as a Technical Recruiter, where they recruited individuals for C4ISR projects. At Bart and Associates, Alexis served as the CBP PSPO Staffing Manager, focusing on technical professionals within the cleared community. They then moved on to Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc., where they worked as a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter, performing full-cycle recruiting of technical and non-technical professionals. Currently, Alexis is working at Research Innovations Incorporated as a Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter, where they develop cutting-edge software for the government and military using agile development practices and user-centered design.
