Nikki McDonnell

Nikki McDonnell is a seasoned professional in human resources and education, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at North Allegheny School District since July 2022. Prior to this role, Nikki held the position of Senior Executive Human Resources at Pennsylvania National Guard from April 1997 to August 2022. Nikki's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Waynesburg University and additional graduate-level coursework in Teaching and Geology from PennWest California. Nikki also obtained SPHR Certification from Syracuse University in 2022. Earlier in Nikki's career, teaching roles included Substitute Teacher at OHIO COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT and Marshall County School District, as well as Adult Basic Education Teacher at Brooke County Schools, showcasing a diverse experience in both educational and human resources environments. Additionally, Nikki has experience in coaching, having served as Head Coach of Wheeling Middle School Volleyball.
