Nancy Council

Nancy Council has over 30 years of experience in technical writing, training, and project management. Currently, Nancy serves as a Project Lead at the NC Department of Revenue since 2009, where responsibilities include project leadership and staffing administration. Prior roles span various positions such as Consultant for private clients, Technical Writer and Trainer at the NC Department of Commerce, and roles in documentation and training at Service Design Associates, Inc., Center for Support of Families, American Software, and CyCare Systems. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from North Carolina State University.
