Caroline L. currently serves as the Manager of the Sleep Lab at North Texas Medical Center since August 2016 and also works as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist at Cook Children's Health Care System since April 2018. Additionally, Caroline L. has been an Associate Professor at Collin College, teaching Infant and Pediatric Polysomnography and Scoring since April 2015. Previous experience includes a role as a Sleep Center Consultant at UT Southwestern Medical Center, focusing on lab reaccreditation, and as the Pediatric Sleep Institute Lead/Supervisor at Texas Health Center for Diagnostics and Surgery, where management of pediatric sleep and EEG services was a key responsibility.
