Mark Gillespie has extensive experience in IT support and customer service. Currently serving as an IT Support Officer at North West Regional College since February 2017, Mark resolves technical issues for users at the Limavady campus, addressing problems with computers and various peripherals. Previously, Mark worked at Tesco PLC from November 2004 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing a departmental team to enhance customer service and optimize sales. Additionally, Mark held the position of Student IT Officer at Ballymena Borough Council during a 12-month placement as part of a degree program. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Ulster University, obtained from 2004 to 2008.
