Mara Kaufman

Prior to Northeast Arc, Mara worked as a Principal at The Taymar Group and Vice President of Operations at The Beacon Companies. With a background in counseling and psychology from Boston College, Mara has extensive experience in human resources management and has held various senior leadership roles throughout their career.
