Nancy Mercado

Nancy Mercado is an experienced Contract Project Coordinator at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District, a position held since July 2018. Prior to this role, Nancy served as the Senior Contract Compliance Officer for Cuyahoga County from November 2006 to July 2018, where supervision of the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) program and certification of small businesses were key responsibilities.
