Tj Blancato

TJ Blancato is an analyst at the Northeastern University Student Value Fund, focusing on small- to mid-cap equities within a long-only, value-oriented investment strategy. Currently serving as the Ready Stage Coordinator for IDEA, Northeastern University's Venture Accelerator, and president of the Iota Psi Chapter of Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity, TJ also holds the position of treasurer for Scholars of Finance. Previous experience includes a role as a solution delivery analyst at McKinsey & Company and property manager at BLANCATO LLC. Additionally, TJ contributed as an investing instructor at Fenway High School, developing an elective curriculum for students to engage with investing concepts. Early work experience involved various roles at Newtown Hardware House, where TJ significantly enhanced online sales, and as a volunteer camp counselor at George School. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Startups, Data Science, and Finance from Northeastern University, complemented by a semester abroad at the University of Glasgow.
