Stacey Bolton

Stacey Bolton is an accomplished executive in risk management and compliance, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer for Asset Servicing at Northern Trust Corporation since January 2010. Previously held the position of Senior Vice President focusing on Global Compliance, overseeing ethics, privacy, and information management. Prior experience includes a role at Bank of America, where Stacey managed the Compliance Policy Center during a major acquisition, and a significant tenure at LaSalle Bank as Senior Vice President and Deputy Head of the Compliance Policy Center. Early career experience includes compliance coordination at Kemper Financial Services. Stacey holds an MBA in Management from Purdue University, a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the Moody Theological Seminary and Graduate School, and a BS in Organizational Communication from Northern Illinois University.
