Joel Schrenk is a seasoned engineering professional with over 18 years of experience in diverse roles across various companies. Currently serving as Regional Vice President - Western US at NorthPoint Development since July 2018, Joel has previously held multiple positions at ExxonMobil, including Technical Supervisor - Polymers and Investment Planner. Joel's early career includes structural engineering roles at Hanson Professional Services Inc. and Burt Hill, where expertise in engineering software was applied to perform finite element analysis and design concrete and steel structures. Additional experience encompasses project engineering and field engineering roles with notable contributions at JE Dunn Construction, ARCO Design/Build, and Andrews Engineering, Inc. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Architectural Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
