Darren Grieves

Darren Grieves is a seasoned culinary and management professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Senior Managing Partner at Brassica since April 2018 and at The Northstar Cafe since April 2006, Darren specializes in scheduling, food cost management, inventory oversight, hiring, and recipe development. From May 2011 to November 2015, Darren held the position of Senior Managing Partner and Executive Chef at Third and Hollywood, focusing on culinary research and development. Darren is an alumnus of The Ohio State University, where a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in PsychoBiology was earned between 2001 and 2005.
