Andrea Pavelkova

Andrea Pavelkova has over a decade of experience in retail management and marketing, currently serving as Marketing and Commercial Lead for Notino Partner since June 2016, alongside previous roles as Retail Category Manager and Retail Manager. Key achievements at Notino include the development of retail strategies, enhancement of customer experiences, and management of stores across the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Poland. Prior experience as Regional Manager at TALLY WEiJL involved managing 38 stores, mentoring area managers, and conducting KPI analyses. Andrea has also held positions at KappAhl, Bershka, and Camaieu, contributing to visual merchandising and store management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Trade Law and International Relations from Masaryk University Brno, along with a Master's degree in Communications from Universidade do Porto, complemented by studies at Sciences Po.
