Ben Potgieter

Ben Potgieter has significant experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Director and Head of Human Resources at Nottingham City Transport since November 2017. Prior to this, Ben held the position of HR Lead at Galliford Try, where responsibilities included partnering with managing directors and overseeing HR services for a large workforce. Ben also served as HR Manager at Encompass Development Group Ltd, managing HR functions and implementing strategies to enhance business performance. Previous roles include Senior ER Advisor at Boots UK, focusing on employee relations management, and HR and Employment Law Specialist at Lloyds Law, supporting a diverse client portfolio. Ben holds a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice from Nottingham Law School and an LLB Law (Hons) from the University of Hull.
