David Clark has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, currently serving as the Vice President of Technical Support at Novarad since 2009. Clark's previous roles include Senior Director of Technical Support and Team Lead for the Pacific Region, overseeing client engagement and support initiatives. Prior to Novarad, Clark worked as a Systems Administrator at Rocky Mountain Composites Inc. and other companies, where responsibilities included network security and operations management. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Veracity Networks and Corporate Account Manager at Totally Awesome Computers. Early in the career, Clark also contributed as a Consultant at Novell, participating in the development and delivery of marketing materials and technical lectures for the company's annual IT conference.
