Kelsea Dodd

Kelsea Dodd has over nine years of experience in member engagement, operations, and management, currently serving as the Manager of Engagement, Retention, and Operations at NPAworldwide since August 2014. In this role, Kelsea focuses on member engagement and retention initiatives while developing best practices for enhancing the member experience. Prior to this position, Kelsea held the title of Office Manager/Member Engagement Coordinator at NPAworldwide and worked as a Life Insurance Manager and Administrative Assistant at Strategies Wealth Advisors, where responsibilities included managing the insurance department and client relations. Kelsea also has experience as a Yoga Teacher at MVP OPERATIONS, LLC since August 2019 and as a Nanny between 2008 and 2014. Kelsea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Communication from Aquinas College.
