Jon H.

Jon H. has an extensive work experience across multiple industries. From 2011 to present, they have been working at NRC Health, starting as a Client Service Manager and progressively moving up the ladder to their current position as Director, Delivery Support. Throughout their time at NRC Health, they have held various managerial and analytical roles, including Senior Manager, Delivery Support; Sr. Manager Production Support, Database Administration & CRM; Manager, Production Support; Manager, Business Analysis; Business Analyst; CRM Integration Manager.

Prior to joining NRC Health, Jon H. worked at Cabela's Worlds Foremost Bank from 2004 to 2011. Jon held the positions of Collections Supervisor and Bank Specialist during their tenure. As a Collections Supervisor, they supervised a team of over 40 Collections employees and implemented effective collections strategies. As a Bank Specialist, they analyzed customer accounts and implemented automated assets and computerized programs to manage department and bank-wide goals.

Jon H. also has experience in the US Army, where they served as a Human Resources Sergeant from 2001 to 2010. Jon held the rank of Staff Sergeant and was deployed to Iraq and Bosnia, where they served as a senior non-commissioned officer in a human resources section.

In 2014, they pursued higher education at Nebraska Wesleyan University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Additionally, during the same period at Nebraska Wesleyan University, they completed an Executive Leadership Graduate Certificate. In February 2022, Jon H. obtained the Incident Responder Certification from PagerDuty.
