Shawn Ong

Shawn Ong is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner Lead at NTUC FairPrice since March 2018. Prior roles at NTUC FairPrice include Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Executive positions within the HR Business Partner segment for the retail business. Prior to this, Shawn held HR-related positions at Sport Singapore and served as a Human Resource Competency & Development Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Singapore Customs. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of London and a Diploma in Information Technology from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
