Tara Donnelly

Tara Donnelly is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations within the health sector. As the Founder of Digital Care since March 2023, Tara focuses on consulting for health tech innovators and healthcare organizations to advance digital health, particularly in home care. Tara serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees and Senior Independent Director at Nuffield Trust, where strategic advice is provided to enhance healthcare quality through evidence-based research. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer at NHS England, Chief Executive at Health Innovation Network, and Chief Executive at West Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust, among others, where significant improvements in patient care and operational efficiency were achieved. Tara holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and Language from King’s College London and a Master's Degree in Management from Middlesex University, alongside further executive education from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and the King's Fund.
