Aaqib Ladak

Aaqib Ladak is a skilled research professional with experience in oncology and cardiovascular disease research. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at Nuntius Therapeutics since February 2022, Aaqib previously contributed as a Graduate Student Researcher at The University of Sheffield, conducting projects on thymidine enzymes in cancer under the supervision of Dr. Patrick Herr and Dr. Alanna Green. Earlier roles include Research Technician within the Master of Public Health Program at Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, focusing on cardiovascular disease mechanisms, and Research Assistant at the University of Windsor, studying Glioblastoma Multiforme. Aaqib's research background is complemented by a Summer Internship in Immunology at Newcastle University, where foundational laboratory techniques were acquired. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Translational Oncology from The University of Sheffield and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Biology from the University of Windsor.
