Josh Kruse

Josh Kruse is Nutanix's Senior Global People Business Partner. Josh has over 2400 employees worldwide that they partner with to create and drive global talent strategies. Prior to joining Nutanix, Josh was with AMD for two years where they served as the Manager Global HR Business Partner. In this role, they were responsible for employee engagement, talent reviews/calibrations, succession planning, talent development, organizational design, coaching, and other initiatives that helped the business meet the demands of the customers.

During their time at AMD, Josh led major organizational design efforts, including the complete overhaul of the graphics IP organization, SOC teams, as well as many other smaller scale design changes. Josh also redesigned the HR Leadership Development series to focus on our core competencies and reinforce or HR value set to drive improved business impact for the HR organization.

Josh Kruse has a MBA from Brigham Young University in OB/HR. Josh also has a BS from Brigham Young University in Information Systems & German. Josh is certified from PDI in 360 Profilor/Talent View Facilitator, Group Harmonix in Advanced DiSC Behavioral Profilor Trainer, VitalSmarts in Crucial Conversations Trainer, Insights in Insights Discovery, and Korn/Ferry International in Lominger Leadership Architecture/Competencies.
