Mike Dimaggio

Mike DiMaggio is currently the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nutrabolt. He also serves as an officer of Nutrabolt’s foreign subsidiaries, located in Canada, China, Hong Kong and the Netherlands.

In his role, Mike oversees Nutrabolt’s legal and regulatory compliance functions, including its corporate governance, business transactions, and formulation, labeling, marketing and advertising compliance. Mike also manages Nutrabolt’s outside counsel on matters involving nationwide litigation, M&A, and the company’s global IP portfolio.

Formerly, Mike was a partner and founder of a New York law firm that specialized in the representation of companies in the Food, Drug, and Cosmetics industries. He has spent his career advising clients on matters ranging from regulatory compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act to general business and corporate matters, including intellectual property protection, litigation management, marketing and advertising law and transactional matters.

Mike currently serves on the board for the Natural Products Association (NPA) and is the Chairman of the NPA’s Sports Nutrition Committee.

Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the State University of New York at Albany. While in private practice, he was selected three consecutive years to receive the Rising Star award by New York Super Lawyers, a rating service that recognizes exceptional lawyers by their own peers from more than 70 practice areas.

Mike often lectures at industry trade association events and has been featured by a variety of print and online publications including the New York Times and USA Today.
