Kevin Knight has extensive experience in retail management, specifically in the grocery and produce sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Store Manager at Nutrition Smart since June 2018, Kevin assists with daily operations and oversees all store teams. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at Lucky's Market, initially as the Assistant Produce Manager and later as the Dairy Manager, where responsibilities included managing personnel, overseeing departmental operations, and enhancing customer service. Earlier career experience includes two stints as Dairy Manager at Whole Foods Market, focusing on inventory management, financial reporting, and promotional planning for the Dairy department.
