Jalinda Franke, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Jalinda began their career in 1997 as an HR Specialist at Davis Vision. In 2002, they moved to The Research Foundation for SUNY as a Senior HR Specialist. In 2004, they joined CDPHP as a Manager of Human Resources and HR Business Partner. In 2013, they moved to CommerceHub as a Director of HR & Culture and Senior Director of People & Culture. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Nuvalence as a Senior Director of People & Culture.

Jalinda Franke has a diverse educational background. Jalinda obtained a BA in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose in 2003. Jalinda then went on to earn an MBA with an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College in 2012. In 2018, they completed an Executive Education program in Strategic HR Planning from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified DiSC Facilitator from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand, MBTI Certified (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) from The Myers & Briggs Foundation, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM.
