Beau Davidson is a highly experienced HR leader who currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at NVIDIA. With a background in compensation, benefits, and HR strategy, Beau has played a crucial role in managing the company's growth from 1,000 employees to over 9,200 across multiple locations globally. Beau's expertise in employee experience, branding, talent management, and analytics-driven systems has been instrumental in shaping NVIDIA's people and culture. Prior to their current role, Beau held various HR positions at companies like Motorola Mobility, Williams-Sonoma, Oracle, PeoplePC, and Pepsi Bottling Group. Beau holds a MILR degree from Cornell University and a BA with Honors from Rutgers University.
