Rohit Jain

Rohit Jain is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Nykaa since February 2021. Prior to this role, Rohit held the position of Director of Human Resources at Swiggy from July 2019 to December 2020. Rohit's background includes significant experience at PepsiCo as an HRBP and Organizational Development Manager from February 2016 to April 2019, and at IBM India as an HR Manager focused on Talent and Change from June 2007 to February 2016. Rohit holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, completed in 2007, and a BBM in Marketing from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College, completed in 2003. Education was initially completed at Don Bosco High School in Jorhat.
