Ishu Singla has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. They have recently joined O2 Power as a Corporate Finance Manager in September 2021. Prior to this, Ishu was a Business Owner from September 2020 to May 2023, where they worked with small and mid-level organizations to help them secure funding for growth and reduce their cost of funds.

Before becoming a business owner, Ishu worked as a Project Finance Specialist at SolarArise India Projects Pvt Ltd from June 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they collaborated with multiple leading NBFCs for sanctioning term loans for solar PV plants and assisted in financing documentation review and negotiation.

From April 2013 to June 2019, Ishu worked as an Assistant Manager at IL&FS TAMIL NADU POWER COMPANY LIMITED. Their responsibilities included debt restructuring, sanctioning working capital limits, and assisting in the documentation of term loans.

Ishu gained early professional experience as a Management Trainee at DLF Pramerica in 2012, where they focused on building relationships with existing channel partners, generating sales, and conducting training activities. They also worked as a center head at Career Launcher from July 2008 to January 2010, overseeing promotional activities and conducting quant workshops for students.

Furthermore, Ishu has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Manager Admissions at Radcliffe Education Pvt Ltd in 2010 and as a graduate apprentice trainee at Hindustan Unilever Ltd from July 2007 to June 2008.

During their academic years, Ishu was a student at FORE School of Management in New Delhi from June 2010 to February 2012.

Ishu Singla completed a B. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University from the years 2003 to 2007. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, Ishu enrolled at Fore School of Management where they obtained a PGDM degree with a specialization in finance.
