Courtney Siegel

Courtney Siegel has been a key leader at Oakmont since the inception of Oakmont Management Group. She currently serves as the President and CEO. A proven leader and established industry executive, Siegel brings a wealth of knowledge about senior living to Oakmont’s robust portfolio. With over a decade of experience in senior living management, operations and finance, Siegel is a seasoned executive who has overseen the substantial growth of Oakmont Senior Living.

Prior to her role as President and CEO, Siegel was the Senior VP of Operations for Oakmont Management Group. She currently oversees Oakmont’s expansive portfolio of luxury retirement communities, including all aspects of their development and operations and spearheads the company’s culture of excellence and success.

Beyond her leadership role at Oakmont, Siegel is a trusted and respected speaker on senior housing and sits on the Board of Directors for the California Assisted Living Association (CALA) and American Senior Housing Association. (ASHA). She graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
