Magdalena Rybicka

Magdalena Rybicka has extensive experience in recruitment and onboarding. Magdalena is currently working as a Senior Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist at Objectivity, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Carrier as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner from January 2020 to April 2022, and as a Recruitment Specialist from April 2018 to January 2020. Before joining Carrier, Magdalena worked at Experis Poland, where they held the positions of Senior IT Recruitment Consultant from November 2016 to March 2018, IT Recruitment Consultant from August 2014 to October 2016, and IT Research Consultant from December 2011 to August 2014.

Magdalena Rybicka obtained a Master's degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Resocialization/Adult Education from Nicolaus Copernicus University, attending from 2006 to 2011. Later, they pursued postgraduate studies in Personnel Management at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2011 to 2012.
