In 2008, they were a Resident Assistant for Virginia University. In 2009, they were a Telesales Representative for Preferred Credit Repair and a Director of Networking for the SVU Management Society. In 2011, they were a Sales Rep for Vector Marketing and a VoC & Customer Success Analyst for HireVue. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Manager Solution Design and Senior Technical Team Lead at MaritzCX, and a Technical Success Specialist. Since 2021, Jacob Bauer has been a Customer Success Manager at ObservePoint.
Jacob Bauer has a diverse educational background. From 2006 to 2010, they attended Southern Virginia University, where they earned a degree in Business Management and Leadership with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Human Resources, and Entreprenuership. In 2011, they began a Masters program at Strayer University, where they studied International Business. In 2012, they earned a Certified VoC Professional certification from VoCfusion 2013. In 2018 and 2019, they attended the University of Georgia Center for Continuing Education and The University of Georgia, respectively, where they took courses in Market Research and earned a Principles of Market Research certification.
