Jeff Wittlich

Jeff Wittlich is a seasoned insurance professional currently serving as the Chief Underwriting Officer at Obsidian Insurance Holdings, Inc. since July 2023. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Swiss Re, where, from June 2006 to July 2023, roles included Senior Vice President, Treaty Underwriting Leader, Senior Vice President of Marketing, and Vice President within Client Markets Underwriting for Property & Casualty. Prior to Swiss Re, Jeff worked at GE Reinsurance Corporation from November 2001 to June 2006 in various roles with a focus on Reinsurance Treaty Underwriting for Property/Casualty. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 1992, and graduated from Fremd High School in 1988.
