Heshareen Abdeen

Heshareen Abdeen is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance, operations management, and training. Currently serving as Manager of EA Training at Oceans, Heshareen facilitates intensive training for Executive Assistants tailored to high-velocity work environments. Previous roles include Executive Assistant to the CEO and CFO at New Stand, where Heshareen managed complex calendars and optimized travel arrangements, and General Manager at Fernando Ventures, overseeing business operations autonomously. Heshareen has also held several roles at Sysco LABS Sri Lanka, contributing to executive operations and human resources.
