Shannon Lowey

Shannon Lowey has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shannon started their career in 1999 as a Senior Systems Engineer at Raytheon Technical Services Co, where they were responsible for testing and integrating flight software. Shannon then worked at GHG Corporation as an Aerospace Composite Technician. Shannon later joined Texas Book as a Manager and then moved on to Halliburton, where they worked as a Directional Driller and as a Sr. Instructional Design Specialist.

In 2013, Shannon started their own business, The Art of Health and Healing, where they served as the Owner, Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. Shannon also worked as a Yoga Instructor at Yoga Lola Studios, LLC from 2013 to 2018.

Shannon joined Odyssey Space Research, LLC as a Systems Engineer in 2016, and in 2020, they joined LZ Technology, Inc. as the VIPER System Integration & Test - HW/SW Integration Lead. At LZ Technology, they managed the operations of the Surface Segment Avionics and Integration Lab and developed integration and test plans.

Currently, Shannon is working at Odyssey Space Research, LLC as the VIPER System Integration & Test - HW/SW Integration and Test Lead. The role entails leading the integration and test team for the VIPER System and managing the hardware/software integration and test activities.

Shannon Lowey obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2011.
