Emma Daniels has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as the Senior Customer Service Manager at Office Shoes since September 2011. Emma’s career at Office Shoes has seen a progression through various roles including Customer Service Manager, Deputy Customer Service Manager, Team Manager, and Customer Service Advisor. Prior to this, Emma worked as a Customer Service Advisor at House of Fraser from November 2009 until September 2011.
