Paul Docherty

Paul Docherty is currently the Head of Operations - Enquiries at Ofgem since December 2020. Prior to this, Paul worked at Ted Baker as the Retail Operations Manager for UK from March 2011 to August 2020. Paul has also held various managerial positions at HENLEYS CLOTHING LIMITED, New Look, The Farm Bar/Restaurant, Inditex, and Clydesdale Bank. Their educational background includes a module in Agile Leadership and Management from The Open University, as well as various financial services and communication courses. Paul has a strong background in retail operations, team leadership, business development, and compliance.
