Stephanie Y. Street

Stephanie Street, M.S., HRD, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer for OFS, where responsibilities include leading human resource strategies within a global cable and fiber optics business since September 2008. Additionally, Stephanie is a member of Chief, a network aimed at empowering women executives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Eastman Kodak Company, where positions ranged from Director of Diversity & Inclusion Practices to Director of Human Resources in various divisions. Noteworthy contributions include the development of a global diversity and inclusion strategy and managing the Winning & Inclusive Culture strategy impacting 15,000 employees. Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech & Broadcast Journalism from Morgan State University, and is a candidate for a Doctoral Degree in Organizational Leadership at Capella University.
