In 2014, they became an Associate Attorney at Ted Isoldi Attorney at Law. In 2018, they became a Business Compliance Officer at Third Party Administrator. In 2020, they were the Director Of Compliance at SALEM REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Roncinate Enterprises, LLC and Chief Compliance Officer at OhanaLink Technologies.

In 2003, they earned an MS in Health and Human Service Administration from Youngstown State University. In 2013, they obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and was certified as an Attorney by The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
