Karim Hammouti

Karim Hammouti has a diverse work experience spanning over 12 years. Karim started their career as a Junior Consultant EPA advisor at Nuon in 2008, where they calculated energy labels for homes and provided advice on reducing energy costs. Karim then worked at the Gemeente Heerhugowaard as a WOZ employee, supporting market analysis and property valuation. After that, they joined Bobeldijck as an Administrative Assistant and HR Assistant, maintaining relationships with clients and candidates and handling various administrative tasks.

In 2011, Karim joined asr as an Investment Employee, working in the investment department. Karim later moved to Reaal, where they held roles such as Project Leader, Project Coordinator, and Senior Mortgage Consultant. During their time at Reaal, they were involved in managing projects and providing mortgage advice.

Karim's next move was to SVn, where they worked as a Senior Process Specialist in 2015. Karim then joined Talent&Pro as a Senior Project Assistant, performing project-related tasks until 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Stater N.V. as a Real Estate Consultant and later as a BTL Credit Specialist.

In 2020, Karim had two roles. First, they worked at Davinci as a Business Analyst, where they contributed as a business analyst. Karim then transitioned to Ohpen, where they also held the role of a Business Analyst.
