Mark Campbell is an accomplished professional in the food and beverage industry with extensive experience in operations and concessions management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Professional Sports Catering since April 2021, Mark has previously held significant roles at Levy Restaurants, including Director of Concessions and General Manager of Concessions from June 2015 to April 2021. Prior to that, Mark worked at Centerplate as Director of Concessions, overseeing food and beverage services for the San Diego Chargers.
