Olivier Tallot has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Olivier started their career as an intern at L'Oréal in 2003 before taking on the role of Marketing & Sales Manager at Arc in 2004. Olivier then returned to L'Oréal as a Product Manager from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for marketing plans, promotional activities, and P&L control for hair care and men's skincare products.

In 2009, Olivier joined Clarins Group and served as the Marketing Manager for Travel Retail Asia-Pacific until 2014. Olivier then became the Brand Manager for Fragrances (Sales & Marketing) Asia-Pacific, overseeing sales and marketing for Clarins Fragrances Group in the Asia-Pacific markets. In this role, they managed net sales of $10 to $15 million and led marketing efforts across multiple APAC countries.

In this position, they were responsible for managing the company's operations and business development in North Asia. In 2021, they took on the position of Director Asia B2B, where they focused on business development, sales growth, and brand equity across 10 countries in Asia.

Currently, Olivier holds the position of Director Retail & Professional Sales APAC at Olaplex Inc., a role they have held since 2023. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing retail and professional sales operations in the APAC region.
