Brent R. Tischler

Brent R. Tischler has been the CEO of Community Banking at Old National Bank since August of 2022. Brent was previously the Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Banking at Associated Bank from April of 2011 to August of 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic direction, P&L ownership, customer experience, sales management, and product/pricing management for the Consumer and Small Business segments. This included the Retail delivery channel strategy and execution for Branch, Digital, ATM, and Call Center channels. Brent's product scope included Consumer and Small Business deposits, lending, fee income, and payments categories (debit card, credit card, merchant services). Brent had direct span of control over $12B in deposits, $275M in annual revenue, 215 branches in three state markets, and 600,000 customers.

Prior to their time at Associated Bank, Brent R. Tischler was the Senior Vice President of Retail Markets at Guaranty Bank FSB from January of 2006 to April of 2011. Before that, they were a Manager in the Strategy & Operations Practice at Deloitte from August of 1998 to January of 2006.

Brent R. Tischler received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and their BS in Business from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
