Lucille Ablett

Lucille Ablett is a skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development, data science, and mining geology. Currently employed at OLIO since November 2021, Lucille focuses on projects aimed at sharing resources and reducing waste. Prior experience includes roles at 60 Decibels and Anglo American, where Lucille developed machine learning models and engaged with stakeholders to tackle data-driven challenges. Lucille's career began at First Quantum Minerals LTD, where responsibilities spanned from mine geology to supervising drilling programs and implementing sampling techniques. Lucille holds a Master of Science in Spatio-Temporal Analytics and Big Data Mining from UCL and a Master’s degree in Geology with Geophysics from the University of Leicester.
