Liz Hiatt is an active member of Olu’s Leadership team. She has been working in Social Services for over 15 years and has been involved in leadership roles since 2005. Liz started her career as a direct care staff in an ICF-DD where she worked her way up to management. She was the Program Director for Olu’s home from 2009 to 2014, she left to work with homeless housing programs and case management from 2014-2018. Liz has now returned to Olu’s Home as the Executive Director.
Liz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a Strategic Management Concentration and Ethics & Leadership Certificate from St. Catherine University. She is passionate about servant leadership and women leaders. Liz strives to provide excellent service to our clients and exemplary guidance to our staff. Liz spends her free time with her family, dogs, traveling, reading, and coaching youth soccer and basketball.
